Combining two digital worlds
It is a marriage above the clouds. True Commerce, a global provider of cloud-based supply chain and omnichannel solutions, has acquired Di Central, which specialises in B2B and API solutions.
This acquisition combines both companies' expertise in automation, digitalisation and integration. Di Central adds 30,000 connections to True Commerce’s global commerce network, plus nearly 5,000 customers from a diverse base. The combined network thus expands to 160,000 connections and nearly 18,000 customers.
The private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS) recently acquired True Commerce and is now pushing its expansion. (sh)
