‘Click & Ship’ with Cathay Pacific Cargo
Cathay Pacific Cargo is launching ‘Click & Ship’, its new digital booking platform, this month. It promises booking transparency and speed, day and night. Tom Owen, the airline’s cargo director, pointed out that “we’re rolling ‘Click & Ship’ out progressively across our network, and aim to make real-time flight schedules, space availability, allotments and updated rate information available online for all Cathay Pacific Cargo customers over the next year.
‘Click & Ship’ will transform cargo booking through a streamlined process and an intuitive interface that mimics passengers’ booking, Owen continued. It will provide customers visibility of price and inventory, and registered agents can book shipments with auto-confirmation.” (cj)
