Christian Salcher manages cargo-partner's office in Tyrol
Christian Salcher has assumed his new responsibilities as area manager West Austria at cargo-partner. Since his father also worked in the freight forwarding business, Salcher learnt the basics of the trade at first hand. Before joining cargo-partner, the freight forwarding specialist worked for twelve years for Schenker, holding executive positions in the sea and air freight division.
Martin Schenzel, managing director of cargo-partner in Austria, is pleased to welcome the new member into his team: “As an international logistics services provider headquartered in Austria, we want to strengthen our position on the Tyrolean market as well. With his years of experience and his industry expertise, Salcher is the ideal person to meet this challenge.”
Cargo-partner has seven locations and employs a staff of more than 500 in Austria. The office in Innsbruck was opened in 2008. (mw)
