Chinese licence for Ruscon
Russian logistics operator Ruscon's representative office in Shanghai has received an NVOCC (non-vessel operating common carrier) licence from the ministry of transport and communication of the People's Republic of China.
With this licence, Ruscon, which was founded in 2008, has the official status of carrier of export and import cargoes by sea. This allows the company to issue its own transport agreements and thus offer a better connection between China and Europe, including easier transports to and from the Netherlands via its Dutch subsidiary Smartcontainer.
