Changes on the Royal Vopak board
The supervisory board of Royal Vopak has nominated Michiel Gilsing to succeed Gerard Paulides as CFO and as a member of the executive board. Frits Eulderink, in turn, has been nominated for another term as COO and as a member of the executive board. The moves are subject to shareholders’ approval and are per the date of the AGM, scheduled for 20 April.
Gilsing will join the executive board of Royal Vopak and take over as CFO. He has more than 25 years of general management, finance, commercial management and international business development experience. He started his career with Royal Vopak in 2004 and has since held leadership and management roles at national and international levels. (cj)
