Changes at Bertling Logistics
Urs Schaerer (left) is joining Bertling Logistics as logistics group technical director. He started his career in the 1990s as an engineer for ABB in Switzerland. Since then he has specialised in heavy transport engineering and his career has taken him around the world, working on developing mobile applications and other innovative technologies for the logistics industry.
Kara Murphy (centre) has been promoted to group health and safety director. She came to Bertling Logistics in 2015. She is a Nebosh-qualified QHSE professional and a member of IOSH. Chris Wightman, in turn (right) , has been promoted to logistics group engineering director. He transferred to Bertling from Mammoet in 2010. (cj)
