Change of hands in South Carolina
Pall Corporation, a global manufacturer of high-tech filtration, separation and purification products servicing manufacturing, food and life sciences industries, has acquired a new logistics site from McCraney Property.
The so-called "85 Logistics Park", a 61,000-sqm surface industrial building located on a 75,000 sqm site in Duncan between Spartanburg and Greenville.
This logistics facility is the first location in South Carolina for Pall. The price for the transaction was not disclosed. Pall Corporation was represented by real estate developer CBRE. (sh)
