CEO Jasienski leaving Wallenius Wilhelmsen

Craig Jasienski, the president and CEO of Wallenius Wilhelmsen, agreed with the board on 8 March to end his employment with the company. He served in various positions in the group for more than 30 years. CFO Torbjørn Wist will act as CEO while the board initiates the process of finding a permanent CEO.

Wist joined the logistics company, headquartered in Lysaker (Norway), on 1 October 2020, as executive vice-president and CFO. Prior to this he was executive vice-president and CFO of Scandinavian Airlines System, and held various managerial positions in the international telecommunications and financial services industries.
