Cargojet helps Elevate to celebrate first anniversary
San Francisco Bay area-based Elevate Capital Partners, a private investment and asset management firm focussing on making value-based commercial aircraft and aviation related investments, has marked its first anniversary with the successful completion of its third aircraft transaction.
In June 2018, Elevate completed its first transaction when it arranged, structured and managed the lease return of a B767-300ER from American Airlines and subsequent induction into IAI Bedek (Israel) for cargo conversion.
The conversion was completed in December, and the aircraft commenced operations under lease with the Canadian cargo airline Cargojet Airways earlier this month.
The two other transactions concerned the leasing of an A330-200 to Air Caraïbes Atlantique and a B757-200 to Air Astana. (ah)
