Cargo-Partner tests e-truck in Slovenia
The Scania P25 electric truck is designed for use in urban, suburban and intercity traffic. It can carry up to 20 m of cargo with a capacity of up to 18 pallet places. The battery pack has a range of 200 to 250 km per charge, with a consumption of 95 to 110 kilowatt-hours per 100 km.
The DC charging capacity is 130 kilowatts. Cargo Partner launched a comprehensive e-truck testing programme on its European network earlier this year.
Following successful pilots in Austria and Slovakia, the trials have now been extended to Slovenia, where the Scania e-truck is being tested for first- and last-mile operations. (ben)
