Cargo-Partner: stronger foothold in UK
After forming a joint venture with Aztek International Freight in 2021, Austria-based Cargo-Partner has now acquired the remaining two-thirds of the shares and will fully integrate the partner company into its own organisation.
Two new offices, one in East London and one in Bradford, will be added to the existing location in Manchester, bringing the team in UK to 55 employees. In addition to supporting customers with post-Brexit customs procedures, the logistics service provider has placed a focus on express solutions for particularly time-critical transports.
