Building for Dachser
Dachser has begun the construction of another distribution centre in Germany, this time in Rottenburg am Neckar in Baden-Württemberg. The project has been contracted to Panattoni, which is now realising the eighth such development in partnership with Dachser.
The new building in Rottenburg will have a usable floor area of around 13,000 sqm, providing some 11,300 sqm of hall space.
For the storage of chilled foodstuffs - Dachser is a specialist in FMCG, among other things - a unit will be prepared for cooling to 12 to 14 degrees Celsius. The hall is 12 m high. 70 parking spaces for trailers and trucks will also be available in the open areas adjacent to the building. The developer is planning to have completed the building by the end of August 2023. (sh)
