Bigger team, more equipment
Meachers Global Logistics, a Southhampton (UK)-based independent provider of logistics services, is enlarging its team and upgrading its equipment as it continues to develop its business.
Simon Pelley now joins as health and safety and compliance manager; Emma Newman has been named as operations manager and Sophie Barnes is Meachers’ new apprentice in warehouse administration.
Meachers is also investing more than GBB 1 million in new equipment, including eight HGV 44t trucks and 20 trailers to further expand the fleet. (cj)
