Barjane's Marseille project on track
The French investment and asset management group Barjane recently inaugurated the Parc des Aiguilles, in the town of Ensuès-la-Redonne, close to Marseille. The park has already welcomed its first tenants, the companies Decathlon, Action, and Geodis.
The 6,000,000 sqm logistics complex was constructed on a former brownfield site. In its final stage, it will house more than 200,000 sqm of logistics and courier buildings.
Founded in 2006, Barjane is managed by Julie Barlatier Prieuret and her brother Léo Barlatier. The company has developed 500.000 sqm of domestic and international logistics real estate to date. (sh)
