Barjane chooses Patrick Batten
The France-based real estate group Barjane is seeking to drive expansion in its business in UK with the appointment of a new commercial director, Patrick Batten (pictured right). With a strong background in industrial and logistics real estate, he is now responsible for delivering Barjane’s UK acquisition and development activities and working with customers to support their real estate requirements.
Prior to joining Barjane, Batten completed over GBP 0.5 billion of logistics real estate transactions within the Greater London and South-East markets as a director with Segro.
With Europe’s highest e-commerce penetration driving demand, UK’s logistics sector has become a major innovation hub, making it a key target for Barjane’s expansion strategy. (cj)
