ATSG flies high
The American aircraft leasing and air cargo transportation provider ATSG completed several significant milestones in 2019, including: The highest revenues (USD 1.45 billion, excluding reimbursable amounts) in its history, the deployment of eight more B767F, including six to Amazon and the lease of two B767-300F to its newest B767F lease customer UPS with three more to be delivered in 2020 (the first in January).
CEO Joe Hete: "2019 was very productive and profitable for ATSG and its family of companies." He projects that ATSG's Adjusted ebitda will increase to a range of USD 487 to 492 million in 2020 from USD 452 million in 2019.
The company is also looking forward to receiving the FAA approval for its A321 conversion later this year. The aircraft is then expected to enter service for ATSG customer DHL. (ah)
