Aramex gets a tech update
Responding to a steadily increasing demand for efficient and high-quality supply chains, Aramex tasked the IT company Business Code with developing a new data analysis platform to tackle future hurdles.
Aramex, a logistics provider based in the Middle East, is looking to improve its services with the help of a new performance management system. Business Code’s platform contains both detailed data and a general overview, facilitating strategic decisions.
The five pillars of the new software comprise access to data from all levels, whether it be commerce or customer services. The platform also enables real-time access to said data. It is based on a self-service UI and has a high level of automation, improving efficiency and precision. As a combination of different data and reports, it also serves as a reliable source for decision making. (mk)
