Another warehouse for the Seattle region
WFS-affiliate World Distribution Services (WDS) has opened a new warehouse in Tacoma, Washington. The 28,000 sqm facility represents the company's fourth new location in less than two years with a particular focus on the US West Coast.
The site also provides support for the Sun Chief express service, commented Dale Young, vice president, WDS. At 11 m height, with 46 dock doors and ample parking for trailers, the new location offers logistics solutions for importers using the Ports of Seattle and Tacoma. (sh)
