Ángel Gurría to join H2 Clipper’s advisory board
Ángel Gurría, the former secretary-general of the organisation of economic co-operation and development (OECD), has joined the advisory board of H2 Clipper, an aerospace and alternative energy company that develops uniquely capable hydrogen-powered airships and end-to-end hydrogen infrastructure solutions.
A Mexican economist and diplomat, Gurría has had a distinguished career in public service, including positions as Mexico’s minister of foreign affairs as well as minister of finance and public credit.
Gurría: “H2 Clipper’s mission and technology for 100% carbon-free transport of freight and hydrogen are precisely the kinds of disruptive breakthroughs the world requires to achieve the goals of the Paris agreement on climate change and to avoid climate catastrophe.” (cj)
