An office in New Zealand
Haifa-based ZIM has launched its own agency in New Zealand, replacing the current third-party agent. The new office will be led by David Mitchell, the current country manager, who will now join the ZIM team. He will report to Danny Hoffman, ZIM EVP Intra-Asia.
The new agency in Oceania/Pacific is part of the carrier’s strategy to further develop its activities in the region. Hoffman commented: “Our strategic goal is to expand and enhance our regional network connecting Asia, Australia and New Zealand.” (sh)
