Air Hong Kong extends MRO contract with Haeco
Haeco ITM, a joint venture formed in Hong Kong between Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company (Haeco) and Cathay Pacific Airways in 2012, has renewed its long-term contract with Air Hong Kong to provide inventory technical management support for the airline’s fleet of ten A300-600 freighter aircraft.
The contract extension covers component MRO, repair management, component pooling, component engineering, consumable and expendable parts support services, and AOG support.
The Haeco Group has provided inventory technical management support for Air Hong Kong since 2004, and Haeco ITM has worked with the airline since the company was established.
Cathay Pacific has been is the sole stakeholder of the freighter airline since 2017, after the airline took over the 40% shareholding previously held by DHL. (ah)
