Air Charter Service selects new board member
The aircraft charter broker Air Charter Service (ACS) has appointed its HR director, Katie Ivie, to its board of directors. Ivie has held a number of human resources management roles over the past 20 years, including seven years as HR director at Kelly Services.
Ivie joined ACS as HR director just over 18 months ago. ACS’s chairman, Chris Leach, said: “Over the past year and a half ACS has continued to expand across the globe, with several offices opening since Ivie joined; and we recently reached 500 employees.
We have always felt that we are a people business and over the past 18 months we expanded our recruitment team. Ivie played a key role in helping to recruit and retain the best talent that we have, through effective training and reward programmes." (mw)
