Air cargo provider names operations director
Rotterdam-based VRR has promoted Ben Lakerveld to the position of operations director. Managing director Geert van Riemsdijk is pleased, as “many people already know Ben well from his 15 years at VRR. He’s grown with us through several roles, most recently as sales manager, and has always been someone we could count on to find creative solutions and enhance our service.”
In his new position Lakerveld will head the company’s operations in manufacturing, supply chain and quality assurance. He also joined VRR’s board of directors, bringing his hands-on experience to help shape the company’s future growth. (ah)
