Air cargo between two Olympic host cities
After launching a new freighter service between Beijing (PEK) and Tokyo (NRT) last Friday, 2 July 2021, All Nippon Airways (ANA) is operating the second of this new twice weekly service today. The B767F was selected in response to increasing e-commerce and demand for PC-related parts as well as other electronic components.
ANA will operate more than 2,000 cargo flights using freighter and passenger aircraft in July. Toshiaki Toyama, EVP of ANA and president of ANA Cargo: " If demand continues to grow, we are committed to remaining flexible in our approach, adjusting flight schedules and setting up charter flights in response to trends."
