AG Handling selects Qstep
After Helsinki, Tallinn and Vilnius, Riga is the fourth airport to have installed the Qstep software-as-a-service platform. AG Handling, which counts Lufthansa and LOT Polish Airlines among its customer base, said that so far feedback on the system has been positive.
Gunars Peize, director of AG Handling: “We have received positive input from cargo forwarders. They now have much more control over their export shipments, starting from the moment they pre-advise shipments in our extranet (Qclient), which allows us to plan the flow of resources in the warehouse, and their import shipments, where they receive clear notifications showing transparent storage conditions and costs, complemented with automated invoicing.” (cj)
