Acquired railcars strengthen intermodal business
The European rail car leasing company Ermewa has acquired 154 additional railcars from the European rolling stock company Rosco Bohemia, a member of the Czecho Slovak Group (CSG).
The acquisition reinforces Ermewa’s presence in the intermodal business especially in Germany, Czechia and Romania.
Ermewa, headquartered in Paris, was founded in 1956 and currently has 17 offices, more than 200 employees and a global fleet of 42,000 railcars. The fleet is leased to freight forwarding companies, railway undertakings and industrial companies from any sector. (ben)
