A whole new leadership team
When Ascent Global Logistics, a provider of technology-enabled, expedited logistics and supply chain solution services, was acquired by an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital in December 2023, Ascent CEO Paul J. Martins formed a new executive leadership.
Martins has served at the helm of Ascent as CEO since September 2023. He has held several roles in renowned companies, including UPS, Mercury Air Cargo, Towne Air Freight, MNX Global Logistics and Global Critical Logistics, and brings more than 30 years of industry expertise to Ascent.
The new team comprises Matthew Yoder, president and chief strategy officer, Mauro Rodrigo González, president and CCO, Raimar Schmitt, COO, Jack Korslin, CFO, and Anthony DeCanti, chief technology officer. (cj)
