A triple of shares for Emons
A Cologne (Germany)-based company is pursuing its international activities and pushing air, sea, and logistics in Asia. As part of its "go international" strategy, Emons is acquiring stakes in three Chinese companies: Founder Air & Sea Cargo, Wanda International Logistics and Founder Global Logistics (Shanghai).
Effective immediately, Emons becomes an official shareholder of these companies, which employ some 200 staff at two locations in Taiwan and ten branches in China.
With these acquisitions, the German company is strengthening its global air & sea activities and expanding the logistics segment with warehousing services in Taiwan. The number of locations worldwide has now increased to 114 in 15 countries. (sh)
