A stronger presence in Sweden
Heinloth is expanding in Sweden and opening a branch in Helsingborg. The group of companies set up its first Scandinavian location in Trellborg (Sweden) in 2016. Heinloth expects the new branch to be a particular benefit for its freight forwarding business.
Only recently, the company inaugurated a logistics centre in Rostock (Germany) that serves as a transhipment warehouse to optimise cargo flows and as a cross-docking platform for export and import cargo.
Heinloth began operating its first vehicles in Sweden in the 1980ies. Now, the company deploys some 300 vehicles in its transport network in Sweden, Denmark and Norway and an additional 100 trailers for the services to and from Finland that it launched in 2019. (ben)
