2023 was a record year for Akanea with nearly 100 million customer operations processed with its Akanea Douane (customs) software.
Akanea, a provider of supply chain solutions, uses its software to help its over 500 customers from diverse sectors manage their customs operations and formalities. the company has also formed strategic partnerships to integrate artificial intelligence into its systems, enabling customers to quickly find the right HS code for the products to be declared based on a description or context.
Customs declarations can be automatically entered by scanning the documents. The company’s teams are also working to improve the availability and security of the platform and prepare it for future technical changes in customs procedures. (mk)
