A 3PL strikes in France
D-Groupe Logistique, a French 3PL, has acquired Logsytech, an e-commerce and retail logistics specialist. The Logsytech Group operates five warehouses covering 30,000 sqm. Its services include e-commerce, marketing, telecoms and POS logistics, as well as distribution and IT.
Around 160 employees will join the new owner. The group’s client list includes SFR, Weight Watchers, Recommerce, La Française des Jeux, Total Energie, Ontex and Sogetrel, amongst others. D-Groupe Logistique, with all its affiliates, now generates annual revenues of EUR 100 million with a workforce of 600. (sh)
