3PL takeover in USA
Becker Logistics is taking over Trek Freight Services. The company, which is located in Lincolnwood, IL (USA), and has been in the business for more than 20 years, will also change its brand to Becker.
Trek Freight provides third party logistics services all over the country. It is Becker Logistics’ second acquisition after the takeover of Savage Logistics in 2017. With revenues of about USD 167 million in 2021, the 3Pl now has a workforce of 160 employees. (sh)
