300 multimodal swap bodies for RCG
ÖBB Rail Cargo Group (RCG) is investing in 300 multimodal curtainsider swap bodies in 2023. With an external length of more than 13 m and an internal height of more than 2.5 m, the new swaps will soon be on the road all over Europe.
The swap bodies are universally loadable - that means they can be loaded and unloaded from all sides as well as from above. Another advantage is that they can be deployed for all kinds of goods from all sectors. With this innovative equipment, RCG can provide efficient and seamless end-to-end logistics solutions for its customers and further close the gap between road and rail. (ben)
