24plus appoints Markus Egerer
Markus Egerer became managing director of 24plus Systemverkehre on 1 October, replacing Stefan Rehmet as head of the general cargo cooperation headquartered in Hauneck near Bad Hersfeld, Germany.
Egerer has been active in the logistics industry for more than 20 years. During that period, he worked for freight forwarding and logistics company Hans Geis for 18 years, most recently as forwarding manager.
Prior to joining 24plus, Egerer planned and controlled operational processes in the central hub Knüllwald of Palletways Deutschland in an executive position.
The 24plus partners are qualified forwarders in general cargo logistics. The network specialises in shipments of general cargo and hazardous goods. (cj)
