Two experts for Jaxport’s commercial team
The Jacksonville Port Authority (Jaxport), Florida’s busiest container port, has added two experienced containerised cargo professionals to its commercial team.
Joyssy Arias (left) joins Jaxport as director of ocean carrier development. She has nearly two decades of experience with some of the world’s top ocean carriers, most recently serving as senior manager of transpacific trade for Hapag-Lloyd. She is also experienced in perishable cargo and vessel capacity management through former roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk and ECU Worldwide.
Sheila Cox joins Jaxport as director of national container accounts. She has more than 30 years of experience in nearly every facet of the Southeast US supply chain. She most recently served as founder and MD of Global Match. (cj)
