A pesar de la esperanza de una pronta relajaci\u00f3n, la regi\u00f3n sigue siendo un espacio de conflicto geopol\u00edtico, donde la navegaci\u00f3n comercial civil se ve significativamente afectada.<\/p>\n<p>Al inicio del conflicto, alrededor de 50 barcos con aproximadamente 1,000 marineros, que eran de propiedad alemana o operaban bajo gesti\u00f3n alemana, estaban bloqueados en el Golfo P\u00e9rsico. En los \u00faltimos meses, se ha logrado sacar a m\u00e1s de la mitad de estos barcos de la zona de peligro con un alto esfuerzo de seguridad y en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con las marinas locales. Actualmente, a\u00fan hay unos 20 barcos con alrededor de 400 marineros en la regi\u00f3n, y la situaci\u00f3n sigue siendo din\u00e1mica e impredecible.<\/p>\n<p>Martin Kr\u00f6ger, director general de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Armadores Alemanes (VDR), enfatiza la urgencia de la situaci\u00f3n: &#8222;Una cosa debe quedar clara para todos: sacar a los barcos con sus tripulaciones de la zona de peligro es un primer paso importante. Pero tarde o temprano, tambi\u00e9n deben poder regresar de manera segura para transportar materias primas y bienes que se necesitan urgentemente.&#8220; Se\u00f1ala que el comercio mundial se basa en una navegaci\u00f3n funcional y que el estrecho de Ormuz debe ser navegable de manera segura en ambas direcciones para mantener las cadenas de suministro.<\/p>\n<p>La importancia de la navegaci\u00f3n libre se subraya por la variedad de bienes que se transportan por v\u00edas mar\u00edtimas. Esto incluye energ\u00eda, materias primas, alimentos, medicamentos y productos industriales, todos bienes esenciales para personas y empresas en todo el mundo. Las interrupciones en estas cadenas de suministro no solo pueden poner en peligro el abastecimiento, sino tambi\u00e9n aumentar el costo de vida, lo que es especialmente notable en Alemania.<\/p>\n<p>El VDR observa con preocupaci\u00f3n que los riesgos de seguridad pol\u00edtica para la navegaci\u00f3n comercial internacional est\u00e1n aumentando en varias rutas mar\u00edtimas estrat\u00e9gicas. Los ataques en el Mar Rojo, la guerra en el Mar Negro, las tensiones en el estrecho de Taiw\u00e1n y las amenazas h\u00edbridas en el Mar del Norte y el Mar B\u00e1ltico evidencian que la libertad de navegaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 bajo presi\u00f3n a nivel global. Kr\u00f6ger advierte: &#8222;Hoy es el estrecho de Ormuz, ma\u00f1ana podr\u00eda ser el estrecho de Malaca, el estrecho de Taiw\u00e1n o otro estrecho mar\u00edtimo estrat\u00e9gicamente importante.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Exige a la comunidad internacional que haga todo lo posible para restaurar permanentemente la libertad de navegaci\u00f3n y garantizar la protecci\u00f3n de los barcos comerciales y sus tripulaciones. El paso libre a trav\u00e9s de estrechos mar\u00edtimos internacionales es un principio fundamental del derecho mar\u00edtimo internacional que no debe ser socavado militar o econ\u00f3micamente.
