El precio total por los dos barcos asciende a 52,3 millones de USD. Estas adquisiciones representan, seg\u00fan un comunicado, un avance para el grupo, ya que entra en el \u00e1mbito de los graneleros m\u00e1s grandes, despu\u00e9s de haber operado anteriormente una flota de Supramax.<\/p>\n<h3>Expansi\u00f3n de la flota y objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos<\/h3>\n<p>Con la adquisici\u00f3n de los dos graneleros Ultramax, as\u00ed como un granelero Supramax ya anunciado, que se entregar\u00e1 en agosto de 2026, la flota de transporte mar\u00edtimo de LFG crecer\u00e1 a un total de 41 unidades. Esta flota se compone de 17 barcazas, 17 remolcadores y 7 graneleros. La expansi\u00f3n de la flota es, seg\u00fan la empresa, parte de los objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos de LFG para ampliar el \u00e1rea de Transporte Mar\u00edtimo. El grupo pone un \u00e9nfasis particular en las clases de activos de charter a largo plazo, que aumentan la visibilidad de los resultados y fortalecen la posici\u00f3n como jugador de activos en el sector de granel seco en Malasia.
