Un enfoque particular se centra en el desarrollo del transporte de mercanc\u00edas por ferrocarril y el fortalecimiento de los sectores de transporte por carretera.<\/p>\n<h3>Adjudicaci\u00f3n del servicio de operaci\u00f3n ferroviaria<\/h3>\n<p>Entre las decisiones m\u00e1s importantes se encuentra la aprobaci\u00f3n de los resultados del procedimiento de licitaci\u00f3n para la adjudicaci\u00f3n del servicio de operaci\u00f3n ferroviaria en los puertos de Savona y Vado Ligure. El servicio ha sido adjudicado a Mercitalia Shunting &amp; Terminal S.r.l. tras la participaci\u00f3n de dos empresas en la licitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica. La adjudicaci\u00f3n tiene una duraci\u00f3n de cinco a\u00f1os con la posibilidad de una pr\u00f3rroga de dos a\u00f1os adicionales y tiene un valor total estimado de aproximadamente 22,6 millones de EUR. Este servicio es crucial para la continuidad operativa de las dos instalaciones portuarias.<\/p>\n<p>La oferta seleccionada se destac\u00f3 tanto en t\u00e9rminos t\u00e9cnicos como econ\u00f3micos, ofreciendo un descuento del 12,6% sobre las tarifas originales. Se prev\u00e9 un modelo integrado para la realizaci\u00f3n de la operaci\u00f3n ferroviaria y la tracci\u00f3n, que incluye una organizaci\u00f3n operativa 24\/7. Adem\u00e1s, se implementar\u00e1n soluciones ecol\u00f3gicas mediante el uso de biocombustibles de bajas emisiones, as\u00ed como sistemas digitales para gestionar las actividades y un programa de mantenimiento mejorado para la infraestructura y los veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo procedimiento de licitaci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo fortalecer la conexi\u00f3n intermodal por ferrocarril, aumentar la competitividad de los puertos de Savona y Vado Ligure y promover el desarrollo del transporte de mercanc\u00edas por ferrocarril en consonancia con los objetivos de sostenibilidad de la autoridad.<\/p>\n<h3>Nuevas opciones de estacionamiento para camiones<\/h3>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el comit\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n ha aprobado la concesi\u00f3n de una licencia por un per\u00edodo de cuatro a\u00f1os a la Trasportounito Service Cooperativa Consortile. Esta concesi\u00f3n se refiere a un \u00e1rea libre de aproximadamente 6.300 m\u00b2 a lo largo de los carriles laterales del paso elevado del puerto en Varco Etiopia en el puerto de G\u00e9nova. Aqu\u00ed se establecer\u00e1 un nuevo estacionamiento regulado para veh\u00edculos pesados. Esta medida es necesaria para crear una soluci\u00f3n alternativa a las \u00e1reas actualmente utilizadas en el parque de investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y tecnol\u00f3gica de Erzelli, que se ven afectadas por el inicio de la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo campus universitario. Esto garantizar\u00e1 la continuidad operativa para las empresas de transporte por carretera que sirven diariamente al puerto de G\u00e9nova.<\/p>\n<p>La nueva \u00e1rea de estacionamiento tiene como objetivo mejorar la organizaci\u00f3n del estacionamiento de veh\u00edculos pesados, aumentar la capacidad de tr\u00e1fico, hacer m\u00e1s eficientes los procesos log\u00edsticos y optimizar las
