El objetivo de este proyecto es generar, analizar y predecir el desgaste de neum\u00e1ticos de manera estandarizada y pr\u00e1ctica en el laboratorio por primera vez. Los resultados de la primera ronda incluyen, entre otros, datos sobre desgaste de referencia, an\u00e1lisis de part\u00edculas, modelos tribol\u00f3gicos, an\u00e1lisis de superficies asistido por IA, as\u00ed como conceptos para bancos de pruebas y m\u00e9todos para envejecimiento acelerado y detecci\u00f3n de VOC.<\/p>\n<h3>Avances en la industria de neum\u00e1ticos<\/h3>\n<p>El proyecto &#8222;Plataforma tecnol\u00f3gica para la identificaci\u00f3n de emisiones de desgaste de neum\u00e1ticos en el tr\u00e1fico rodado TERIS&#8220; tiene como objetivo, seg\u00fan el instituto, impulsar el desarrollo de neum\u00e1ticos y mezclas de goma. Con la finalizaci\u00f3n del primer hito y la revisi\u00f3n del proyecto asociada, se ha dado un paso esencial. Esto tambi\u00e9n ha sido confirmado por el consejo asesor, que est\u00e1 compuesto por expertos de la industria.<\/p>\n<p>Los nuevos est\u00e1ndares desarrollados para el an\u00e1lisis y la predicci\u00f3n en laboratorio del desgaste de neum\u00e1ticos se basan en una combinaci\u00f3n de diferentes m\u00e9todos de recolecci\u00f3n y medici\u00f3n. Estos deben permitir un an\u00e1lisis preciso tanto de fracciones de part\u00edculas en suspensi\u00f3n como sedimentadas. Adem\u00e1s, se han creado modelos tribol\u00f3gicos que investigan la relaci\u00f3n entre par\u00e1metros de carga, propiedades del material, estructura de la superficie y la formaci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas.
