La c\u00e1mara frigor\u00edfica de varios pisos proyectada abarcar\u00e1 una superficie de 20.400 m\u00b2 y est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para albergar camiones de hasta 44 t en dos niveles. Este proyecto representa una nueva generaci\u00f3n de edificios que busca minimizar el consumo de espacio y encajar en una estrategia log\u00edstica responsable. Se llevar\u00e1 a cabo como uno de los primeros proyectos log\u00edsticos en Francia que cumple con las directrices para edificios de bajas emisiones de carbono (BBCA).<\/p>\n<h3>Actor central en el MIN de Rungis<\/h3>\n<p>SEMMARIS gestiona el mayor mercado de productos frescos del mundo y es responsable del desarrollo y modernizaci\u00f3n del MIN de Rungis. Con el proyecto I10b, la empresa tiene como objetivo satisfacer las cambiantes demandas log\u00edsticas proporcionando infraestructuras adecuadas para el almacenamiento de alimentos, al tiempo que optimiza el uso del espacio en un entorno ya altamente urbanizado.<\/p>\n<h3>Desarrollo vertical del proyecto log\u00edstico<\/h3>\n<p>El proyecto I10b se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en el marco de un procedimiento de licitaci\u00f3n para el dise\u00f1o y la construcci\u00f3n, y muestra la experiencia de IDEC en el \u00e1mbito de los servicios de ingenier\u00eda integrados. La construcci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 completamente dise\u00f1ada internamente y se caracteriza por una concepci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica exigente: una c\u00e1mara frigor\u00edfica de dos pisos que permite el acceso de camiones de 44 t hasta el nivel superior. Esta disposici\u00f3n \u00fanica en el coraz\u00f3n del MIN de Rungis permite superponer dos \u00e1reas log\u00edsticas con funciones id\u00e9nticas, optimizando as\u00ed el consumo de espacio y mejorando la eficiencia de los flujos log\u00edsticos. Cada piso contar\u00e1 con un patio de camiones propio, accesible a trav\u00e9s de rampas de hormig\u00f3n unidireccionales, para garantizar un tr\u00e1fico fluido y seguro de los camiones. Mientras que la planta baja operar\u00e1 en modo de cross-docking, el nivel superior presentar\u00e1 una organizaci\u00f3n unidireccional. Esta planificaci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo maximizar la eficiencia log\u00edstica y la autonom\u00eda de los usuarios.<\/p>\n<h3>Conciencia ambiental y responsabilidad social<\/h3>\n<p>A pesar de la complejidad t\u00e9cnica del proyecto, SEMMARIS se ha fijado objetivos ambiciosos para reducir el impacto ambiental. Desde el principio, se han integrado varias opciones clave en el \u00e1mbito de la responsabilidad social (RSE) en la planificaci\u00f3n. La construcci\u00f3n incluir\u00e1 un sistema fotovoltaico en el techo, que ser\u00e1 instalado por GROUPE IDEC ENR Solar. Este sistema proporcionar\u00e1 energ\u00eda renovable para cubrir gran parte de la demanda energ\u00e9tica.
