Sin embargo, seg\u00fan un comunicado de EmissionLink, un servicio integrado de gesti\u00f3n de emisiones, se requieren directrices claras para garantizar la implementaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica de estas medidas.<\/p>\n<h3>Complejidad de las regulaciones<\/h3>\n<p>La navegaci\u00f3n se enfrenta, seg\u00fan la empresa, a un entorno regulatorio complejo: con la entrada en vigor del sistema de comercio de emisiones de la UE (EU ETS) y la iniciativa FuelEU Maritime, as\u00ed como los esfuerzos de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mar\u00edtima Internacional (IMO) para establecer un marco global de cero emisiones netas, la situaci\u00f3n se complica a\u00fan m\u00e1s. Cada uno de estos sistemas tiene diferentes requisitos, cronogramas y m\u00e9todos de c\u00e1lculo. EmissionLink se\u00f1ala que, sin directrices detalladas, evitar costos duplicados de CO\u2082 representa un desaf\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p>Un barco que opera en el comercio europeo puede estar sujeto simult\u00e1neamente a las regulaciones del EU ETS, a los requisitos de FuelEU Maritime y a las futuras directrices de CO\u2082 de la IMO. Las obligaciones no siempre est\u00e1n claramente asignadas, y el c\u00e1lculo de los datos de emisiones no se realiza de manera uniforme, seg\u00fan informa la empresa. Esto podr\u00eda llevar a que los propietarios de barcos no solo paguen dos veces por las mismas emisiones, sino que tambi\u00e9n se enfrenten a m\u00faltiples informes, c\u00e1lculos duplicados y procesos de cumplimiento paralelos.<\/p>\n<h3>Necesidad de datos de emisiones precisos<\/h3>\n<p>La importancia de datos de emisiones precisos y auditables aumenta, seg\u00fan EmissionLink, en este contexto. Sin embargo, la empresa enfatiza que los datos por s\u00ed solos no son suficientes. Los propietarios y operadores tambi\u00e9n deben tener el conocimiento necesario para interpretar estos datos en los diferentes sistemas regulatorios y tomar decisiones comerciales. Seg\u00fan la empresa, ya ha apoyado a m\u00e1s de 600 barcos en la provisi\u00f3n de datos de emisiones de FuelEU, obteniendo as\u00ed informaci\u00f3n sobre los desaf\u00edos de cumplimiento para
