En el evento tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 el viceprimer ministro b\u00e1varo Hubert Aiwanger. \u00c9l apoya la demanda del fabricante de remolques de objetivos de CO\u2082 t\u00e9cnicamente alcanzables para asegurar empleos, creaci\u00f3n de valor industrial y la competitividad de la ubicaci\u00f3n Alemania.<\/div>\n<div>VECTO (Vehicle Energy Consumption Calculation Tool) es un modelo de c\u00e1lculo de la Uni\u00f3n Europea que asigna un valor virtual de CO\u2082 a los remolques. La base es el Reglamento (UE) 2024\/1610. Este estipula que este valor simulado debe disminuir un 10 % para los semirremolques y un 7,5 % para los remolques hasta 2030.<\/div>\n<div>Desde la perspectiva de la industria, esto plantea un problema fundamental: los remolques no tienen su propio motor y no generan emisiones directas de CO\u2082. La evaluaci\u00f3n se basa en una simulaci\u00f3n y no en emisiones realmente medidas en operaci\u00f3n. Ignora l\u00edmites f\u00edsicos y la tarea de transporte real.<\/div>\n<p><b>Posibles consecuencias: multas, precios m\u00e1s altos de veh\u00edculos y p\u00e9rdidas de empleo<\/b><\/p>\n<div>Seg\u00fan K\u00f6gel y todos los principales fabricantes europeos de remolques, los objetivos de reducci\u00f3n exigidos no son alcanzables con las posibilidades t\u00e9cnicas disponibles hoy en d\u00eda. Esto podr\u00eda resultar en multas de hasta 64 millones de euros por a\u00f1o para la empresa. Para absorber esta carga, los precios de los remolques podr\u00edan aumentar hasta un 50 por ciento. Las consecuencias se sentir\u00edan a lo largo de toda la cadena de suministro, desde las empresas de transporte hasta los consumidores finales. A nivel sectorial, los efectos son significativamente mayores: aproximadamente 70,000 empleos en la industria europea de remolques se ver\u00edan afectados por las consecuencias de la regulaci\u00f3n actual.<\/div>\n<p><b>Inversiones en la ubicaci\u00f3n de Burtenbach en peligro<\/b><\/p>\n<div>K\u00f6gel ha invertido varios millones de euros en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en la ubicaci\u00f3n de Burtenbach. Esto incluye la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n para un nuevo veh\u00edculo refrigerado y la expansi\u00f3n del terreno de la planta para un nuevo edificio de producci\u00f3n. Las empresas medianas del sector no cuentan con recursos financieros o tecnol\u00f3gicos ilimitados para mitigar cargas regulatorias absurdas a corto plazo. Para ellas, las directrices de la UE sobre ahorros de CO\u2082 a trav\u00e9s de remolques representan una amenaza aguda para su existencia econ\u00f3mica, con consecuencias directas para miles de empleos. En lugar de multas amenazantes, necesitamos soluciones pragm\u00e1ticas y realistas que generen verdaderos ahorros de CO\u2082.&#8220;<\/div>\n<p><b>Ocho fabricantes demandan a la regulaci\u00f3n de la UE<\/b><\/p>\n<div>Ocho fabricantes europeos de remolques han presentado una demanda contra la regulaci\u00f3n VECTO. El objetivo es la revisi\u00f3n de la normativa en su forma actual. La demanda no se dirige contra la protecci\u00f3n del clima, sino contra requisitos que consideran inviables. &#8222;Ya hemos hecho mucho para ello&#8220;, dice Markus Siegner, CEO de K\u00f6gel Trailer GmbH, &#8222;Nuestros veh\u00edculos ligeros y duraderos han contribuido durante a\u00f1os a reducir el consumo de combustible y, por ende, las emisiones de CO\u2082 en el transporte.
