Estos desarrollos se anunciaron en el marco de la introducci\u00f3n del horario de verano 2026, que incluye m\u00e1s de 140 salidas diarias desde Doha a m\u00e1s de 160 destinos en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>La aerol\u00ednea de Oriente Medio se hab\u00eda fijado el objetivo a principios de a\u00f1o de restaurar el 85% de la red original para mediados de junio, despu\u00e9s de que gran parte de los vuelos tuvieran que ser suspendidos debido a disturbios regionales. Con el logro de este objetivo, el grupo Qatar Airways se ve bien posicionado para la pr\u00f3xima fase de crecimiento.<\/p>\n<h3>Nuevos roles de liderazgo para apoyar el crecimiento<\/h3>\n<p>Los dos puestos reci\u00e9n creados, Chief Operating Officer (COO) y Chief Customer Officer (CCO), tienen como objetivo apoyar tres prioridades clave que dar\u00e1n forma al desarrollo futuro del grupo. Estas prioridades incluyen &#8222;la provisi\u00f3n de una experiencia de pasajero de primer nivel, la expansi\u00f3n de la oferta de pasajeros y carga con una flota moderna, as\u00ed como inversiones en el desarrollo y promoci\u00f3n de los empleados&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>El Chief Operating Officer agrupar\u00e1 las funciones operativas del grupo bajo una direcci\u00f3n unificada para garantizar la responsabilidad, el rendimiento y los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares de seguridad. Este puesto ser\u00e1 ocupado por Abdulla Ali (foto), un qatar\u00ed que anteriormente se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como Vicepresidente Senior de Manejo en Tierra. Ali aporta una amplia experiencia en las \u00e1reas de operaciones de aerol\u00edneas, aeropuertos y redes, y ha demostrado ser un l\u00edder en equipos de alto rendimiento.<\/p>\n<p>El Chief Customer Officer unificar\u00e1 los puntos de contacto de marca y cliente bajo un enfoque coordinado para garantizar consistencia y excelencia a lo largo de toda la experiencia del cliente. Este rol ser\u00e1 asumido por Calum Laming, quien posee tanto la ciudadan\u00eda irlandesa como brit\u00e1nica y anteriormente se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como Chief Customer Officer en British Airways.
