Como se comunic\u00f3 en una conferencia de prensa el 16 de junio de 2026, la nueva zona log\u00edstica, con un volumen de inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 150 millones de EUR, generar\u00e1 alrededor de 2,000 puestos de trabajo para 2030. El aeropuerto, que ha desempe\u00f1ado un papel central en la conexi\u00f3n a\u00e9rea de la regi\u00f3n desde su apertura en 1946, ahora ampl\u00eda su oferta en el \u00e1mbito de la log\u00edstica y el env\u00edo expr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>Importancia estrat\u00e9gica de la zona log\u00edstica<\/h3>\n<p>El A\u00e9ropole Logistique et Fret est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado como un punto econ\u00f3mico que complementa la infraestructura existente del aeropuerto. Los primeros edificios se completaron ya en 2024, incluidas las instalaciones de DCB Logistic y Chronopost. En los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os, se prev\u00e9n m\u00e1s inauguraciones, incluidas las de Stef Transport y XPO, que deben completarse para 2026. Entre los actores institucionales se encuentran la autoridad de aviaci\u00f3n civil francesa (DGAC), la prefectura de la regi\u00f3n de Occitania y el departamento de H\u00e9rault. En el sector privado, m\u00e1s de 15 empresas han invertido en la zona log\u00edstica, incluidas firmas reconocidas como Black Pearl Group y DCB Logistics. En colaboraci\u00f3n con el Conservatoire d&#8217;espaces naturels d&#8217;Occitanie, se llevar\u00e1 a cabo una compensaci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica integral que garantizar\u00e1 la conservaci\u00f3n y restauraci\u00f3n de h\u00e1bitats naturales durante un per\u00edodo de 50 a\u00f1os. Esta iniciativa demuestra el esfuerzo del aeropuerto por conciliar el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico con los requisitos ecol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<p>En general, el A\u00e9ropole Logistique et Fret representa
