Un enfoque clave es asegurar a largo plazo la ventaja estrat\u00e9gica de v\u00edas fluviales eficientes mediante una representaci\u00f3n clara de intereses y enfoques concretos para una infraestructura robusta.<\/p>\n<p>El primer ministro W\u00fcst destaca la importancia de las v\u00edas fluviales y los puertos interiores para el suministro de la poblaci\u00f3n y la log\u00edstica de la econom\u00eda. Subraya que la navegaci\u00f3n interior desempe\u00f1a un papel central en el futuro industrial de Renania del Norte-Westfalia y que su potencial a\u00fan no se ha explotado por completo. W\u00fcst acoge con satisfacci\u00f3n la creaci\u00f3n de la alianza como una asociaci\u00f3n destinada a promover a\u00fan m\u00e1s la navegaci\u00f3n interior.<\/p>\n<p>La secretaria de Estado Stutz a\u00f1ade que la alianza subraya la relevancia de un sistema eficiente de v\u00eda fluvial-barco-puerto para cadenas de suministro resilientes y respetuosas con el clima, as\u00ed como para la competitividad del sitio industrial. Enfatiza la necesidad de centrar la atenci\u00f3n tanto en la conservaci\u00f3n de la infraestructura existente de v\u00edas fluviales como en la transformaci\u00f3n de la navegaci\u00f3n interior.<\/p>\n<h3>Mejora de las condiciones marco y digitalizaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>La alianza planea fortalecer la importancia pol\u00edtica de la v\u00eda fluvial en el \u00e1mbito p\u00fablico y pol\u00edtico. Una de las preocupaciones centrales es mejorar las condiciones marco para una infraestructura confiable. Adem\u00e1s, se pretende dar protagonismo a los temas de TI para optimizar las cadenas de transporte mediante la digitalizaci\u00f3n y contrarrestar la escasez de mano de obra cualificada. La iniciativa tambi\u00e9n busca escalar los transportes respetuosos con el clima y aumentar la eficiencia en los flujos de tr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de ahora, la alianza intensificar\u00e1 el intercambio con asociaciones y organizaciones a lo largo de toda la cadena de suministro para mejorar la interacci\u00f3n entre los modos de transporte mediante posiciones coordinadas. Adem\u00e1s, se buscar\u00e1 el di\u00e1logo con clientes industriales y la sociedad civil para obtener una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia de las opiniones y coordinar los deseos del sector.<\/p>\n<p>La alianza no se ve a s\u00ed misma como competencia de las estructuras asociativas existentes, sino como un complemento. Ofrece un marco para el intercambio y la implementaci\u00f3n y se abre a la colaboraci\u00f3n con asociaciones para abordar conjuntamente cuestiones relevantes. Se busca una presentaci\u00f3n unificada ante los responsables pol\u00edticos a nivel federal y europeo para otorgar a la v\u00eda fluvial la visibilidad y prioridad que corresponde a su importancia estrat\u00e9gica.<\/p>\n<h3>Perspectivas futuras y oportunidades de participaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Tras la fundaci\u00f3n, se avanzar\u00e1 en la configuraci\u00f3n formal de la alianza. La cooperaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 abierta a todas las empresas involucradas en cadenas de transporte intermodales, especialmente empresas industriales y comerciales, as\u00ed como asociaciones relevantes y grupos de la sociedad civil. El objetivo es crear una plataforma orientada a la econom\u00eda, ampliamente arraigada, que influya a nivel nacional y europeo y participe activamente en el futuro del sistema de v\u00edas fluviales.<\/p>\n<p>Las empresas participantes se pronuncian sobre los objetivos de la alianza.
