Sin embargo, un estudio reciente del ZEW Mannheim destaca que el dise\u00f1o concreto de estas medidas es crucial para su efectividad. Tomando como ejemplo la industria del acero a nivel global, el estudio muestra que, en particular, los modelos basados en benchmarks, que se orientan a las intensidades de emisiones, debilitan significativamente la se\u00f1al de precios.<\/p>\n<h3>Efecto de diferentes enfoques<\/h3>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los resultados del estudio, los enfoques basados en la intensidad solo transfieren aproximadamente el 36 por ciento del precio de CO\u2082 requerido para alcanzar la misma reducci\u00f3n global de emisiones que los modelos basados en cantidades. Esto resulta en un aumento de las p\u00e9rdidas de bienestar en los sectores afectados.
