Bottone fue seleccionado tras una convocatoria p\u00fablica iniciada por la AdSP. Esta decisi\u00f3n sigue a la declaraci\u00f3n de renuncia del anterior director general, presentada en diciembre de 2025.<\/p>\n<h3>Situaci\u00f3n financiera y desaf\u00edos futuros<\/h3>\n<p>En el marco de la asamblea, la AdSP tambi\u00e9n aprob\u00f3 el cierre del ejercicio 2025 de PAS S.r.l., que concluy\u00f3 con p\u00e9rdidas. Latrofa declar\u00f3 que la p\u00e9rdida ser\u00e1 cubierta por reservas de capital y que la situaci\u00f3n financiera ya fue identificada en su toma de posesi\u00f3n en noviembre. Subray\u00f3 la necesidad de lograr mejoras en el pr\u00f3ximo ejercicio fiscal, fortaleciendo la gesti\u00f3n y la planificaci\u00f3n operativa.<\/p>\n<p>Latrofa explic\u00f3 su decisi\u00f3n de nombrar a Bottone, destacando su amplia experiencia como director de empresas p\u00fablicas. Eligi\u00f3 a una persona de su confianza, que a su juicio aporta la competencia y capacidad organizativa necesarias. La decisi\u00f3n de limitar inicialmente el mandato a un a\u00f1o se tom\u00f3 para evaluar concretamente los resultados obtenidos.<\/p>\n<p>En las actas de la asamblea se establecieron directrices claras para la gesti\u00f3n, que se centran en &#8222;econom\u00eda, eficiencia, transparencia administrativa, control de costos y calidad del servicio&#8220;. Adem\u00e1s, se instruy\u00f3 al nuevo director general a estar presente regularmente en el lugar para garantizar una supervisi\u00f3n directa y continua sobre la sociedad y sus actividades operativas.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los puntos centrales destacados por la AdSP se encuentran el cumplimiento total del contrato entre la AdSP y PAS, el fortalecimiento del control econ\u00f3mico y financiero, informes regulares a la AdSP y un estricto monitoreo de costos. Se prestar\u00e1 especial atenci\u00f3n a temas como cumplimiento, transparencia, seguridad laboral y anticorrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo director general tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 requerido para informar sobre el estado econ\u00f3mico y organizativo de la sociedad dentro de un plazo razonable tras su toma de posesi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como presentar posibles problemas y sugerencias de mejora.
