En colaboraci\u00f3n con Bauer Spezialtiefbau GmbH, la Ed. Z\u00fcblin AG, una filial de STRABAG, llevar\u00e1 a cabo el proyecto por encargo de la Oficina de Nuevas Construcciones de V\u00edas Navegables de Aschaffenburg (WNA). El volumen del contrato asciende a aproximadamente 380 millones de EUR, de los cuales STRABAG asumir\u00e1 un 90%.<\/p>\n<h3>Paso importante para la infraestructura de v\u00edas navegables<\/h3>\n<p>La esclusa de Erlangen, que est\u00e1 en funcionamiento desde la d\u00e9cada de 1970, presenta un estado estructural que hace imposible su rehabilitaci\u00f3n. Por lo tanto, se requiere una nueva construcci\u00f3n que se levantar\u00e1 aproximadamente 300 m al norte de la esclusa existente. La nueva construcci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 en modo macizo y tendr\u00e1 un ancho de 12,50 m y una longitud de 190 m. Un objetivo central del proyecto es minimizar las juntas para aumentar la durabilidad de la esclusa.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto abarca todo el complejo de la esclusa, incluyendo la estructura de entrada, la parte superior, la c\u00e1mara de esclusa, la estructura de salida, as\u00ed como los dep\u00f3sitos laterales. Estos dep\u00f3sitos est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para permitir un ahorro de aproximadamente el 60% del agua en cada operaci\u00f3n de esclusa. Adem\u00e1s, se establecer\u00e1 un desag\u00fce para la gesti\u00f3n del agua del canal Main-Danubio, que permitir\u00e1 desviar agua paralelamente a la esclusa.<\/p>\n<h3>Operaci\u00f3n continua durante el per\u00edodo de construcci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Los trabajos de construcci\u00f3n se prolongar\u00e1n hasta 2033, durante los cuales el canal Main-Danubio permanecer\u00e1 en funcionamiento sin restricciones. La necesidad de inversi\u00f3n en la mejora de esta infraestructura es alta, y con los trabajos en la esclusa de Erlangen y, desde 2024, en la esclusa de Kriegenbrunn, situada a solo unos
