Esta solicitud se realiza en el contexto del IATA-FIATA Consultative Council (IFCC) y se refiere a la Resoluci\u00f3n 801c, Art\u00edculo 4.2. Los cambios est\u00e1n previstos para entrar en vigor el 1 de julio de 2026.<\/p>\n<p>En un comunicado, la asociaci\u00f3n de las federaciones internacionales de transportistas expresa su preocupaci\u00f3n por la insuficiente consulta sobre las implicaciones legales, operativas y de seguros de las medidas propuestas. La organizaci\u00f3n se\u00f1ala que existe una creciente incertidumbre legal entre los actores de la industria y que se requiere estabilidad en un mercado global de carga a\u00e9rea ya perturbado. La FIATA exige una revisi\u00f3n de los cambios para permitir una reevaluaci\u00f3n estructurada por parte de la industria.
