UU."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El especialista internacional en inteligencia artificial y optimizaci\u00f3n INFORM ha investigado en una encuesta reciente las diferencias y similitudes en la gesti\u00f3n de patios entre empresas de Alemania, Austria y Suiza (DACH) y Estados Unidos. Los resultados muestran diferencias significativas en los procesos de entrega, los desaf\u00edos y las prioridades tecnol\u00f3gicas de ambos mercados.<\/p>\n<h3>Enfoque en las demoras de entrega<\/h3>\n<p>La encuesta revel\u00f3 que en la regi\u00f3n DACH ninguna empresa informa de entregas programadas de manera continua. M\u00e1s de la mitad de las empresas encuestadas reportan demoras en hasta el 50 por ciento de los transportes, mientras que el 14 por ciento indica porcentajes a\u00fan m\u00e1s altos. En comparaci\u00f3n, el 44 por ciento de las empresas estadounidenses reportan retrasos en menos del diez por ciento de las llegadas. Ninguna empresa en EE. En la regi\u00f3n DACH, el 59 por ciento de las empresas ya utiliza activamente un software de gesti\u00f3n de patios, mientras que en EE. UU. el porcentaje es del 64 por ciento. Adem\u00e1s, el 12 por ciento de las empresas estadounidenses planean implementar esta tecnolog\u00eda a medio plazo. En la regi\u00f3n DACH, el enfoque est\u00e1 en la eficiencia operativa: el 77 por ciento de los encuestados desea reducir los tiempos de tr\u00e1nsito y espera, mientras que en EE. UU., adem\u00e1s de una mejor planificaci\u00f3n de las llegadas (70 por ciento), tambi\u00e9n se prioriza la reducci\u00f3n de tarifas de espera (62 por ciento) y una mayor transparencia sobre los procesos (59 por ciento).<\/p>\n<h3>Requisitos diferentes para sistemas modernos<\/h3>\n<p>Los requisitos para los sistemas modernos de gesti\u00f3n de patios tambi\u00e9n var\u00edan. En la regi\u00f3n DACH, las funciones que alivian la carga operativa son prioritarias. El 65 por ciento de los encuestados menciona el registro m\u00f3vil anticipado, el 63 por ciento las funciones de auto-check-in y el 60 por ciento la automatizaci\u00f3n de procesos. En EE. UU., en cambio, son m\u00e1s relevantes las funciones de control interconectadas, como la comunicaci\u00f3n con los conductores (66 por ciento) y las interfaces con plataformas de telem\u00e1tica (58 por ciento).<\/p>\n<p>Las prioridades para los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os tambi\u00e9n muestran enfoques diferentes. Las empresas estadounidenses valoran mucho la operatividad m\u00f3vil (77 por ciento), las arquitecturas en la nube (75 por ciento) y la optimizaci\u00f3n basada en inteligencia artificial (71 por ciento). En la regi\u00f3n DACH, estos valores son significativamente m\u00e1s bajos, con un 61 por ciento mencionando la operatividad m\u00f3vil y un 49 por ciento la integraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Oliver Graf, gerente de producto en INFORM, comenta los resultados: &#8222;Las empresas en la regi\u00f3n DACH y EE.
